For several years she has specialised in strategic business and marketing consulting. She is a pioneer in the field of customer service, marketing and sales of professional services.
From the mid-1990s Dorota was gaining experience in international corporations. She was the person who introduced the Makro Cash and Carry chain to Poland, opening the first 17 facilities in the country.
Dorota has created business and marketing strategies to support the development of such companies and brands as: Ernst & Young, Cap Gemini, Orbis S.A., Plakanda, BR Advertising, Investin, KWH Pipe, BPH and CAIB.
With her knowledge and experience, she has supported the establishment of renowned law firms both domestic and international, including the office of Salans – now Dentons.
She author of the first publication on the Polish market on “Zarządzanie kancelarią prawną –100 najważniejszych pytań jak robić to skutecznie” [Managing law firms – the 100 most important questions on how to do it effectively]
She shares her know-how with readers of publications such as: Forbes, Rzeczpospolita, DGP, Monitor Prawniczy, Radca Prawny, The Warsaw Voice and others.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has a PhD from Warsaw University.
For years she has been educating and guiding the next generation of lawyers by lecturing at conferences, and to university students and bar trainees across the country.
